Hello, my Norwegian isn't that good since I moved here 6 months ago so I'll ask this in English. I am 15 and for my school project i was planing to make a short action movie which showcases special effects and other stuff like that. So I wanted to use airsoft guns as props, because my friend who is over 18 has 2 weapons (beretta m9 and G36c). Am I allowed to use them in my backyard if they aren't working(i'm planning to take out the gear box), without BBs inside and the safety is on all the time? Oh and the owner of the guns can't supervise me because he is not in Norway at the moment, he left me his guns. This would be really helpful, again sorry this isn't in Norwegian, cheers!
As long as the gun don't have any of the necessary and vital parts for working as an airsoftgun, it is considered just a toy, and is thus not regulated by law.
Just be adviced: People who see you with it, don't know wether the internal parts are missing, so make sure you notify the police and neighbours before filming. Some always forget that, and get a reminder when the police arrives.
